Please be advised that the estimated summary of charges exclude beverage charges for "Hosted" Parking charge at $4.00+tax/per car (if any) which we will charge based on the actual number of tickets being issued on the actual event day.

Please return the signed contract (indicating all changes required - if any) and the completed wedding cake waiver form back to our office via fax: (808) 739-8719 at your earliest convenience by Saturday, June 10, 2006.
