Hawaii Weddings and Oahu weddings information center
Hi,
Hello,
We plan on getting
married in
oahu on July 7, 2007. We are from San Jose, CA and are planning a trip
to Hawaii in either May or June of this year to scope out the scenery and
possibly meet with one of your experienced coordinators to plan our wedding.
Would it be possible to get some detailed information on how to go about
getting started?
My boyfriend and I are both currently reviewing for our board exams and love
the idea of having this Hawaii
paradise wedding, without stressing about it for endless days. I would
love to just be in communication with one person who will take care of
everything. So we have a few general questions we hope you can help us with:
- We want the Beach Chapel Arch Package. Do we have an option to customize
it? (ie, upgrade video)
- The best man will also sing at our wedding. Can we pick a solo musician
with a piano, and have our best man play the piano as well on his turn?
- I've read your policy on reservations and cancellations, what about
rescheduling?
- Would you be able to help us with lodging, or have
Hawaii wedding recommendations? We will have at least 30 guests, and it
would be wonderful for all of us to stay in the same place if at all
possible.
- Can you help with reception? We were picturing a luau-style reception.
Dinner by the beach during sunset surrounded by
tiki torches on our beach wedding. Something cozy, relaxing, fun and
memorable for our guests.
- What is the deposit requirement for securing the date this far ahead of
time? And when do you require the first 50% of the costs (I remember reading
somewhere that it's 50% to book, 50% 2 weeks prior to wedding date?)
So these are just some general questions to get started and get an idea of
what we can do. I would appreciate any
Hawaii Honolulu ceremony
information you can provide. General info you provide to inquiries,
unless everything we need to know is on your website for
Hawaii photographer? And again, since we plan on going there in a few
months, we would love to meet with someone. We've been looking at your
website the past few days and grow more and more in love with this idea. =)
We hope you can make our dream wedding come true! I know we have a lot of
questions, and hope for your patience and understanding.
Sincerely,
Eva Reyes / Allen Abucay

How are you?
I received your voice mail from probably a week or so
ago. Thank you for getting back to me in a timely matter. I understand
that our first choice for our reverent is currently in the mainland and
that we should have a second choice.
Our second choice would be Rev. Cain.
Also, I've actually been browsing your website for more
wedding ideas and came across Stacey and richard's website. I saw how
the gazebo flower arrangments were done for their ceremony and was
wondering if I'd be able to get that same arrangment. Im just not yet
sure of the color flowers yet. I should be letting you know about that
once I find the right dresses for my bridesmaids. Although, I am leaning
on the exact same colors.I really do like the way her gazebo and
aisle decorations were arranged.
Also, we have chosen a violinist for our ceremony music
and I was just wondering if there was a list of songs that we can choose
from that they do. If so, can we get a copy of the list of songs to
choose from?
Well, I think that's all for now.
Thank you for all of your help!!!
Hope you have a great Holiday Season!!

Dear Sir/ Madam, . I was or can we pick
Aloha. My name is Jami Webb, and I am planning on getting married on
Oahu in February of 2008. I am wanting to have an elegant, yet
affordable, beach wedding. I am anticipating 10-15 guests to be
attending. I love all of the photos on your website. Your
Oahu Hawaii weddings have a classy style which is just what my
fiance and I are looking for. I am interested in the Lovers In Paradise
Package or the Beach Chapel Arch Package. However, I think the Lovers In
Paradise package is more in my price range. I was curious as to if you
can add to or delete items from the package that you chose. And if so,
does this effect the price tag? Would you be able to send me somemore
information on both of these packages as well as anything else I might
need to get started with planning my
Honolulu wedding. I would love to start planning as soon as
possible. I am very new to all of this, so the more information you can
send the better. Feel free to email me of send anything in the mail.
