Thank you for the information about shipping my dress.  I have contacted the person you recommended. 

  I know we won't be making any major decisions until three weeks prior, but I just wanted to touch bases with you to ease some pre-wedding nervousness.  Jeff and I have also scheduled an small reception at DK Steakhouse (Marriott Resort) for after the wedding.  I also will need directions to the specific location of the wedding for our guests.

After viewing all the pictures on your websight.  Jeff and I decided on having the wedding at Waimanalo beach. 
I remember you mentioning that you had a special place there to hold weddings, so I think it sounds perfect. 
 Hopefully this saves you from having to file a few different site permits. :)
