As for helping us with the reception set up.... I have a group of girlfriends that will set up the centre pieces (I have already purchased them), they will put them together and help decorate the reception area. I talked to Michael from Tiki's Events and they do not have any napkins besides red ones, which is not the color theme of my wedding. They have white table clothes but I was hoping you could get hot pink or white cloth napkins. There will be approximately 75 people at the reception.

The space is really plain so I want to spruce it up with flowers and such. Instead of having a slide show I am going to make the inside of coconut club like an art gallery with 10 easels with 10 photo collages of Jason and me and our lives. That way, during cocktail hour, people can walk around and see the pictures before we make our entrance and have dinner. I will have my friends set that up as well.

The colors I would like to go with are hot pink with splashes of orange, yellow and a lime green. I really like the hibiscus flower and any authentic Hawaiian flower. Anything local is perfect.
My father is doing the ceremony but we still need to make it legal.
Also, I would like to have small candles on the dinner tables, would you be able to provide candle holders?

Just some questions and things we need:
Since we do not have a wedding party, is it possible to use the flowers that would have gone to the bridesmaids at the reception? Even if they were in bouquets we could put them on the table where the photos will go for decoration. sure you can do that we can make bouquets for the table. {up to 3 more},,,
Can we set up the wedding table with flower for guest signing at the reception instead of the ceremony? we also use the table for many other things too at the wedding site, { such as holding the leis, signing your wedding certificate, ect.}

Disregard the picture of the beach chapel that I forwarded to you - we would like the beach chapel with bamboo draped with white and the corners tied together with fuschia fabric.


With regards to the seating at the ceremony, I would like to have it assigned. How will we organize this? There are only 30 seats so I want the older people and people with children to have seats. Also, I want to have 4 rows of chairs on each side, the first 3 rows have 4 chairs and the last row only have 3 chairs - so that is 15 chairs on each side.

I can print out the names and placement of the guests at the ceremony, but will you be able to guide them to their seats and instruct the guests that have to stand where to stand?

We would like to order the bigger cake, but we want to have it at the reception and not the beach ceremony


Our musician of choice is the harp - but, we will need a wireless ipod dock for the song that will be played when the procession starts.

The wedding is 12 weeks away! Any word on napkins and chair covers and table clothes? We will organize the shuttle for our guests. What else do you need to start the website?
