My fiance and I are planning on Having a Hawaii wedding and married in April/2006 and we are interested in your wedding package.
We plan to stay on Oahu 10 days (04/24 - 05/03).  We are interested in the -Romance for Two - wedding package. 
We just have a few questions.  The price was not listed.  How much is this package?  Also, are we able to include a few extras in the package, for music for the ceremony, photos....?  Is transportation included on the Day of the ceremony?  And one more questions about the location of the ceremony--are we able to choose from any location?  We were thinking about a beach-side wedding. 
Also, we live in Japan, so how do we pay for the package?

Hello, I'll be on vacation for the next week and a half. I'll be in contact with you early January to figure out all the details as far as the wedding details. Oh, what address would I put on my invitations and how will our guests know where to arrive being that's it's on the beach? I'll be in touch soon. :)

Aloha Paul,

Thank you for calling us this week. I hope you received the voice mail I left
for you earlier this week regarding transportation. Its 12 degrees outside here
and everything is shut down (Texas is not equipped for the cold). So, we've been
putting in long hours at work earlier in the week in anticipation of this weather.

Again, thanks for following up with the Temple for Our Hawaii Wedding Photographer where can i see his works. We will add the $100 to the
balance we owe you. Also, as for transportation we would like to arrange for a
limo to pick up our parents in Waikiki around 3:00 (or a little after) and have
them at the Kahala for 3:30 in time for pre-wedding photos. We'd also like to
use the limo to take us from the Kahala to the Royal Hawaiian Luau after the
wedding ceremony. My estimate is that we'd need the limo services from 3:00
until 5:30 or 6pm, as check-in at the Luau is at 5:30. We'll have 8-10 people
riding in the car, so will probably need a stretch limo.
 
I believe you said it would be about $100 per hour for a limo. Please let us
know if there is any problems arranging one and the amount that will be added to
what we owe you so we can have a cashiers check made out for the appropriate
amount before we leave Texas.

Thank you for taking care of the Kahala checklist. I returned to them by mail
the one they sent us and indicated at that time that we would not be in need of
valet parking and that you would be letting them know who the Hawaii Minister is to officiate,

photographers, etc were. At that time, we also returned the Liquor agreement. I
hope they have not misplaced it.

Well, things are coming together! I found a dress I love, Fred finally formally proposed, and I have my cake and flowers picked out!

Please order ASAP! The lady at Mary Catherines said that it is already getting late to place an order!
 
Small 2 tier cake, 6" & 10"...we won't be saving the top...too messy to travel with.
10" (bottom) tier flavor=Chocolate Decadence (choc cake, with raspberry & chocolate ganache filling)
6" (top) tier flavor=Passion fruit (vanilla chiffon cake with passionfruit creme filling)
Decorations=I'll send a detail of the icing piping I'd like done soon, but I'd like some of my matching flowers on it, too.
 
The cake page on your website says that a simple one layer cake is included in all the packages...can I just credit that towards the 2 tier cake and pay the difference? Otherwise I'm assuming it will be the price marked on the webpage, $145.

   Hi Paul this is Karen, my fiance Nick and i are wanting to have a oahu wedding married at the
Kahala Oriental Mandarin Hotel on October 10th of 2006. i have talked with
you and emailed you a couple of times before hand.  I was wondering if you
have the time to meet with me for about 15 minutes to a half hour on Friday
the 16th.  I am going to be in Hawaii from the 9th through to the 16th of
this month (Dec.), and are looking for a Hawaii florist too but the only day i am going to be on Oahu is that Friday
the 16th, if there is any chance that i would be able to meet with you
possibly at the hotel so that you can show us around the place that would be
wonderful but if not i understand you probably have a wedding that day and i
dont want to take your time away from the couples day.
   i am not sure if my cell phone will work when i am there
but i will have your number and will call you as soon as i get the chance.
