Set Up for bride, groom, brides maid, mother and father of bride, and 17 additional guests (22 total): "Beach Wedding" White chairs with coral sash (pink if coral's not available), white archway decorated with flowers and greens, coral petals in isle way, any additional bright flowers and greens for isle boarder.(couldn't copy and paste a picture from your site, but I assume you will recognize the description)
Cake: 2 tiered white cake with flowers and sparkling cider with serving dishes and cake knife, etc.
Bride and Maid of Honor Bouquets: Oriental Lilies (White and pink mixed with a little green)
Maile Lei for Groom: Green
20 regular leis, as well as family leis for father and mother of bride (the groom's family will not be there)

A couple of final things. First, we need to set up an appointment time for our wedding coordination meeting on Saturday, July 2.
sorry for the delay i have been on Maui for vacation and a photo shoot.

Elizabeth and Jerrame have a meeting with Sherilynn with the marriage licensing office at 11:00am Saturday.
Yes , what hotel is she staying at ? i usually pick up the wedding couple.
We have a large dinner planned for 6:00pm Saturday night with all wedding guests. where is the dinner planned , does she need a rehearsal
And as I mentioned previously, on Sunday (wedding day) we have a "reception" on a catamaran scheduled for 3:00. Will that be enough time to make it back to Waikiki after the wedding?
Also, who will be doing hair and makeup? Do they come to the hotel, or does she go to them? i looked in the package www.alohaislandwedding.com/alvarado.html , i dont see hair and make up added? , yes they usually come to the hotel ,

We do want to order 20 leis for our guests at the price of $10 that you had mentioned.
We are hoping for 10 white and 10 traditional "lavendar/pink" orchid ones. ok { the orchids come in the color of lavender purple with a bit of white}
