Hi Paul,
It was good speaking with you last week. I just thought I'd go over the
details that we discussed with you again to make sure we're on the same
page. I noticed that our wedding website wasn't updated to refect the
details that we discussed.
As we discusssed back in January and again last week, the wedding will be
at Chinaman's Hat, Kualoa Park State Recreation Area. There was some
confusion over the time. Back in Jan. we had originally set a time of
5:15 pm, but last week you mentioned that we should bump it up to 3:15 pm
to make sure that the lighting for the pictures work out. So, to confirm,
can we say for certain that the time of the wedding will be 3:15?
We also discussed the wedding bouquets. Here is the link to the bouquet
I'd like:
http://www.petalsgalore.com/collections/bouquets/bouquet-95-lg.jpg, except
I'd like a deep red or burgandy rose instead of the pink. As for the maid
of honour's bouquet, it will just be a smaller version.
We have decided on the strawberries and cream cake.
You and I also discussed leis for the guests. We are going with the
orchids for the women and I actually can't remember the name of the leis
for the men. It was pretty basic and traditional. As of now, 9 women and
7 men will be attending the wedding. We don't anticipate this changing
much, if at all.
You also mentioned that because our wedding was quite a distance from
Honolulu we should extend our limo transporation time length out an hour
or so for an additional cost. Could you please help us with these
arrangements?
I'm still trying to figure out the logistics of getting my dress to
Hawaii. Do you suggest that I ship it before hand or carry the dress with
me?
Lastly, but certainly not least, we would still like to make the 2nd
payment. What is the best way of getting that to you? Check? Online
transaction?
Could you please confirm that the wedding will take place at Chinaman's
Hat at 3:15 pm? I'd like to make our dinner reservations for the evening
and let our guests know of the change of time as soon as possible.
Thanks again,
Trisha Hickenbottom & Paul Robinson
Hi Paul,
As my fiance mentioned, after all this time, we would finally like to
proceed with the ceremony on April, 5 2006. In your e-mail below, you
have mentioned that this date is available. Because it has been quite a
while since we have last corresponded with each other, could you please
confirm that that April 5th is still available and reserved for us?
As you know, time flies and April is just around the corner. We'd like to
send the invitations out to our guests as soon as possible and finally
begin planning the wedding. :) Could you please confirm the date and also
let us know what details you need from us in order to move forward?
Happy Holidays!
Thank you,
Trisha Hickenbottom & Paul Robinson
Hi Paul,
Great to finally talk to you on the phone! We're both very excited about
our wedding and plan to make our flight arrangements over the weekend. I'm
writing to let you know that we've made some choices regarding our minister
and music.
We'd like to talk to Lei Hulo Mamo more if she will be available. We're
really not very religious and she seems to have a lot of options available
for a non-religious wedding, which is what we'd prefer. If she's not
available or you think we should talk to more than one minister, then maybe
you can recommend one for us?
As for the music, Trish has always loved the cello and I knew as soon as you
said it on the phone what her choice would be -- we definitely want the
cello to be musical instrument.
I think that's all the "urgent" stuff -- we look forward to hearing back
from you about our minister's availability!
Cheers,
Paul & Trish
Hi Paul,
I hope you're doing well. I just wanted to touch base with you and see
what you needed from us at this point to keep the ball rolling. Is there
any decisions we need to make or information you need from us? We briefly
spoke with the minister and I'm going to try and speak with her again soon
regarding vows. When do you require the next payment for the wedding?
Please let us know what you need from us and we'll get back to you right
away.
Best Regards,
Trish & Paul
