The effect will be bright colored lights stretching and streaming away. The more traffic and the more vehicles you capture, the more obvious the effect can be.

2. Perhaps the most obvious and practical choice of subject is nature photography such as Waterfalls. Yes. This is how professional photographers capture the flowing water amazingly. Adjust you SLR camera to a slow speed as possible, preferably at half second or one second mark. Or you can experiment on the speeds and just find out which speed will create more effect. With this setting you can definitely become your own team of pro photographers!
