Elena and Rafael were married on Kahala Beach with white covered chairs and turquoise sashes, a flower aisle of pink hibiscus, plumerias and orchids, a half moon of pink roses and hydrangeas between the tikis Kū and Lono, a lei ceremony, ukulele music and a dark ocean blue and orange sand ceremony.

Daniel and Shirley celebrated their 50 year golden anniversary on Kahala Beach, next to the Kahala Resort, with sunflowers, a yellow plumeria walkway and flower heart, yellow leis for the whole family and photos until sunset.

Kahala is just as beautiful for photos: curved coconut palms and calm water on the beach, and private estate houses nearby with pools, gardens and gazebos. After a photo shoot at an estate house in Kahala, Elena and Rafael walked over to Kahala Beach, about five minutes away, for more photos under the palms.
