Oahu estate house weddings give you a private oceanfront venue for your ceremony and reception, with room for family and friends.
Private Estate Weddings on Oahu
Imagine saying your vows on a green lawn that runs down to the ocean, then celebrating with your family under the palms as the sun sets. An estate wedding gives you a private home on the water for the whole day: a place to get ready, a beautiful setting for the ceremony, and room for a reception with dinner, music and dancing, all without anyone having to travel between venues.
Oahu's estate houses each have their own charm, from infinity pools and spiral staircases to tropical gardens, wooden bridges and thatched cabanas. They are wonderful for couples who want the feeling of a private island celebration, and for families who would like to stay together and make a whole weekend of it. Aloha Island Weddings plans the ceremony and the details, so you can simply enjoy the day.

North Shore Estate Beach Houses
The North Shore is famous for its laid-back country feel, long white-sand beaches and dramatic winter waves. North Shore estate beach houses offer seclusion and privacy, with the beach often just steps from the lawn, perfect for a relaxed ceremony with your toes in the sand followed by a party at the house. Loulu Palms is one of the North Shore estates where we have planned weddings.

About Loulu Palm Estate
Loulu Palm Estate sits in Haleiwa on Oahu's famous North Shore, about an hour's drive from Waikiki. Its wide, manicured lawn runs down to the beach beneath tall coconut palms, so the ocean becomes the backdrop for your ceremony. A white-railed covered lanai is a beautiful setting for the reception, dinner and first dance, and as the sun goes down the palms glow against the evening sky. It brings together the North Shore's laid-back country charm with the space and privacy of a private estate.

Kailua & Windward Beach Estates
On Oahu's windward side, Kailua and the nearby coast are known for calm turquoise water, soft sand and views of the Mokulua islands and the Koolau mountains. A beach estate here gives you a bright, breezy setting for a ceremony on the lawn and a reception that flows down to the water.

Planning Your Estate Wedding
- Book early. Estates are private homes and popular dates fill quickly.
- Know your guest count. It helps us suggest estates with the right amount of space.
- Ask about the house rules. Many estates have rules for parking, music and end times.
- Plan for the weather. A tent or covered area keeps the party going if a shower passes through.
- Make a weekend of it. Many couples stay at the estate with family for a relaxed few days together.

Estate weddings range from $2,000 to $10,000, depending on the estate house and location. Please contact us or fill out our form to discuss your plans.
Can we have our ceremony and reception at the same estate?
Yes. That is one of the best things about an estate wedding: you can say your vows on the lawn by the ocean and then celebrate with dinner, music and dancing without anyone having to travel.
How many guests can an estate wedding have?
It depends on the estate. Some are perfect for an intimate group, while others have room for a larger celebration with a reception tent. Tell us your guest count and we will suggest estates that fit.
Do Oahu estates have rules for weddings?
Many private estates have their own rules about guest numbers, parking, music and end times. We will go over the details for the estate you choose so there are no surprises.
What if it rains?
Many estates have covered areas or room for a tent, so your celebration can carry on. We always plan a backup.
Can we get ready at the estate?
Often, yes. Getting ready at the estate makes for relaxed mornings and beautiful photos on the stairs, by the pool and in the garden. Ask us about the estate you have in mind.
