For their 10 year wedding anniversary, Teri and Dennis renewed their vows on the beach, and it was a family celebration. Their children were their bridal party, with their two daughters as bridesmaids and their sons by Dennis’s side, and every one of them took part in a seven color sand ceremony, each child with a color of their own.
Their colors were turquoise, lime green, fuchsia and yellow. A bamboo gazebo was wrapped in white orchids and fabric in those colors, yellow hibiscus decorated the chairs, palms and pineapples lined the runway, and a hula dancer danced on the sand before the ceremony. Teri carried a hot pink tropical bouquet with yellow plumeria, pink ginger, green orchids and Stargazers.

The setup
Palms, Pineapples & White Orchids
Pineapples and palm fronds made a tropical runway to the bamboo gazebo, wrapped in white orchids and turquoise, lime green and pink fabric, with leis waiting for every guest and the conch shell ready to begin.
Hula
A Hula Dancer on the Sand
Before the vow renewal began, our hula dancer in a green floral dress danced on the sand under the pink and turquoise arch, at the end of the plumeria petal aisle lined with palms, red ginger and pineapples. Her graceful hands told a story of the islands and of love, welcoming Teri, Dennis, their children and their guests with the spirit of aloha, and setting a joyful, island mood for the family as they said their vows again ten years later.
