Elizabeth Ginnett & Brian Cox

From our last conversation, the timeline for the morning of the wedding should be something like this?
10:30am  Hair and Makeup arrive for Bride and Bridesmaids at Kailua House
11:30am  -  Pre-Photo Shoot Photographer arrives at Kailua House  and takes pictures of the boys first, then the girls getting ready.
11:45am   Limo (27 person Escalade truck) picks up the Groom and Groomsmen and takes them to beach.
12:30pm  Limo comes back to pick up Bride and Bridal Party to take to Beach.
1:00pm Ceremony
After Ceremony,  I would love a group shot before anyone leaves =)
After the Group shot, then family pictures, and then family can go back to reception.
After family pictures, then Wedding Party shots and Bride and Groom.
Will this give us enough time for the Limo to take the whole wedding party back to Kailua after the pictures?

We are hoping to have between 20- 30 guests. This includes the bridal party. We will have 3 or 4 bridesmaids with bouquets and 5 groomsmen with lei's. As far as flowers and decorations, we definitely are wanting lots of colors, similar to Nicole and Andrew's wedding on the first page of the Treasure Chest page.  We love the Pineapple Princess walkway with the bright fuscia flowers and green leaves that line the aisle. We would like the white covered chairs to be wrapped in 2 colors, green and a teal blue on the outside with a magenta/white  stargazer lily on each chair.  (I think)  =)
For the Arch, we would like a teal blue, a light blue (turquoise), white, and possibly a lavender sash.

For the flower pathway, I love the purple orchids with rainbow plumerias.
We would also like to include 2 tiki torches  leaf garlands with plumerias and butterflies on each one.
We would also like to  incorporate the Sand ceremony and a ukulele player, with a portable cd player as well.

For the bridal bouquet I am thinking I would like a blend of plumerias, roses and cymbidium orchids. I haven't decided what I want to have for the bridesmaids yet, but possibly a small plumeria bouquet.
