DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS: A minimum non-refundable deposit of $1000 per wedding often more depending on cost of wedding  and/or hotel booking.

LATE BOOKINGS: Bookings made within 60 days of departure will only be accepted if accompanied by full payment via certified cashier's check, wire or cash. No checks less than 60 days prior to departure. A late booking fee of $75 per wedding may be applied to cover additional handling and ensure speedy processing and postage.

CANCELLATIONS: For cancellations received by Aloha island weddings that qualify for refunds

If requesting refund of a deposit before 90 days of wedding , 50% will be returned with valid reason stating in a email to the company,
A 50% of deposit will be send by business check to client within two weeks of notice.

 
The following cancellation policy will apply in addition to any other fees charged by the relevant hotel, other and reserved wedding vendors.

**Cancellation must be submitted in writing or email. Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to wedding:

** Cancellation is made 90 days or less: 100% of
wedding deposit is non refundable

within 60 days of wedding,. due to holding and securing each wedding , we must insure this policy
of forfeiting the deposit if for any reason the wedding is cancelled,
We only except to two weddings a day and a cancellation of a wedding
90 days before the wedding date forfeits 100% of the deposit is our company policy.
 This is subject to review and each vendors policies. We will always work on your behalf to obtain refunds where they are available.
