Waialae beach park a recommended beach ceremony location that is near Waikiki and the main town of Oahu
the location is a beautiful area along the eastern coast of Oahu, its in the Honolulu district where it shares it shores with the waialae golf club where the Sony open is played each year and the 5 star Hotel of Kahala resort. . Wai‘alae which is neighboring Diamond head and is about 10 - 15 minuet drive from Waikiki . Neighboring areas are Kahala Resort Hotel , Kahala Shopping Center and the Diamond head crater and higher in elevation is the community of of Saint Louis Heights , One may be able to witness the sunrise there over the majestic views of Koko head with many classic palm tree lining the sidewalks . We recommend having your wedding Monday through Friday @Wai'alae beach because the weekends it usually is very busy with local bbq's and picnicking . Kite surfing is also a favorite sport as well as kayaking off its coast. Its close location to the Kahala resort and golf club makes this spot a favorite with tourist and locals ,there is also river that flows into the ocean and a few banyan trees. One thing to be careful is that the waters may be shallow in some places so look for the sandy bottom area watch out for the poki Hawaiian coral and soft sand. There are also BBQ areas to sit down with picnic benches that are linned with many Hau trees on the edge of the beach shore . there are many pathways for photos such as th bridge or tree cover plus a small idilic islands near the entrance of the resort.
