It's getting a lot closer to the wedding and we would like to clarify a few points please.

- Photographer - How long, in total, will the photographer be there? Please give start and finish times.

Yes - for pre wedding we have the photographer for 2 hours while you are getting ready !!
and one hour for the guys .......... photographer will even come in the limo with you to the wedding site ....

Basically we will be having photographers with you all the time !!!! ,, from beginning of the day to the end of your night
{ the photographer will not follow you into your hotel bedroom though for the honeymoon : } }}}..... ... !!!!

- Celebrant - is Hulu Mamo booked and confirmed ? .... yes she is reserved and booked for your wedding !!! , she sings a beautiful Hawaiian chants too if you want ?

- Waimanolo - Please give start/finish times for :

We want ABOUT 2 HOURS AT THE WEDDING SITE FROM WHEN YOU ARRIVE / IS THAT OK ?

Formal ceremony - is not too long about 15 minuets
Signing - 5 minuets
Songs/dancing - ??? let me call you about this
Photos - this is what takes a while and your guest want to relax and have fun there so we want to give it some time .

I need these times please to organize the Lotus car. wowowowo i luv luv that !! . we can do the car shoot after the wedding and before !! ....yes yes yes
{ i would like to set aside 20 to 30 minuets for a photo shoot with the car } all included

We moved the ceremony to 3.00 pm in a previous discussion so everyone can arrive at Waikiki in time for the sunset.
Please have a look at the attached timetable and let me know any changes

Makapuu Point - We want to cut the cake, eat the cake, make speeches. What type of appetisers will be served?

yes included will be / cheeses / bread/ chips /crackers / vege platter / Hawaiian fruit platter / nuts almonds ect / cookies / salsa dip and chocolates /

Meeting - we have already planned to meet with you at 0900 on Saturday, April 13 at the Outrigger. yes yes ok
