Natasha and Tyson’s parents and grandparents traveled to Hawaii to stand beside them, and their faces tell the story better than words. They watched from the lava rocks as the couple said their vows, wearing the fresh leis we made for each of them.
Then came the bridal party: Natasha’s maid of honor and bridesmaids in bright pink, and Tyson’s brothers and best friends in pink shirts. They hugged, they cheered, and they jumped for joy on the rocks with the ocean behind them.

There were leis for every parent and grandparent, sweet hugs from the moms, proud smiles from the dads and plenty of teasing between brothers. The bridesmaids lined up on the rocks with their lush tropical bouquets of lilies, orchids and plumeria, and the groomsmen showed off for the camera until everyone was laughing.
For many families a wedding in Hawaii is the first time everyone has traveled together, and the photos become part of the family story: the trip when everyone stood together on the lava rocks, the day the groomsmen jumped into the air in pink shirts, and the afternoon two families became one.
